Magnolia Extract It is composed of the active components Magnolol and Honokiol which contains much higher amounts of antioxidants than vitamin E. Magnolol and Honokiol have been found to potently inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes, the bacteria that cause acne breakouts and fungi in the skin.
