IMPORTANT: We are a natural no harsh ingredients skincare company, therefore, we are not able to accept returns on products over 15 days since the products were received, due to the shelf life of the products. 

Please make sure to include your name and order number in the message box.

We will happily provide a store-credit (including tax where applicable) minus a 20% restocking fee for merchandise returned within 15 days of your purchase date. 

HOW TO RETURN:

Step 1. Email us to request a Return Form for you to complete and print. This form must be included with your return package. Email us at: contact@waxinglovelyl.com

Step 2. Package the items for return in any box and enclose the completed Return Form.

 Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

Step 4. Most returns are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Promotional codes or coupons are considered a discount on the order, and therefore the value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed.
